Efflorescence/ Vapor Damage

 Just as I have described in the flyer, this is something that we have to deal with separately, and before we can move forward. This is how Epoxy Coatings fail. This has to be remedied before sealing the concrete.

  There is a fee to to fix this, and that depends on the severity. But, I will always try to be reasonable. 

  And, sometimes, the concrete is just to damaged for an epoxy coating. That's when I advise to either demo the slab and repour, or install a flooring system that "breathes". A decent tile system is a good option here.
